Assalamu’alaikum Wr Wb,
Selamat Pagi,
Hari ini agenda pagi Soft Program adalah tanda tangan kontrak hibah peneliti dgn PPK IDB, 29 Mei 2017 pukul 9 di LP2M Unmul.


Persyaratan pencairan Termin 1 (70%) yang perlu dipenuhi oleh Ketua Peneliti adalah:
1. Surat rancangan/rencana penelitian mengacu format Simlitabmas. Di ttd peneliti, diketahui oleh Dekan dan Kepala LP2M.
2. Buku rekening ketua peneliti.


Output penelitian wajib yg diakui ada tiga:
1. Jurnal nasional terakreditasi dan/atau
2. Jurnal internasional terindeks dan/atau
3. Buku sesuai standar Simlitabmas (minimal konten 40 halaman format Unesco),
Dengan luaran tambahan:
4. Chapter dalam buku yg bahasa Inggris berformat mini review atau semi review (25-50% hasil) dengan minimal halaman 20 lbr, font times new roman 12, 1.5 spasi.


Penjelasan lain:
1. Bukti keuangan dipegang peneliti
2. Rekap bukti keuangan harus diserahkan dengan diketahui Dekan dan Kepala LP3M, tanggal-tanggal penting tertera dikontrak.
3. Laporan kemajuan diserahkan bulan Agustus sesuai tanggal dalam kontrak. Tanggal monev akan diumumkan kemudian, kemungkinan besar di bulan Agustus.
4. Termin dibagi 2: 70% dan 30%. Termin 1 diberikan di awal. Termin 2 diberikan setelah rekap bukti penggunaan keuangan dan laporan kemajuan 70%, rekap bukti penggunaan keuangan dan laporan kemajuan 100%, bukti output wajib dan tambahan.
5.BPKP dan BPK dapat sewaktu-waktu mengaudit apabila output tidak tercapai.
6. Dikarenakan sistem hibah IDB tidak termasuk dalam Simlitabmas, maka semua dokumen yang diminta dibuat minimal 3 rangkap diserahkan secara offline melalui LP2M utk diarsipkan di LP2M, PIU IDB, dan oleh PPK.
7. Pencairan dilakukan langsung ke rekening peneliti setelah semua kelengkapan adminstrasi penelitian: SK Rektor dan lampiran SK Rektor pemenang hibah beserta pagunya, SK Rektor perangkat pencairan (tim keuangan) IDB, rancangan penelitian, kopi buku rekening, dan administrasi lain sesuai peraturan perundangan telah diselesaikan.
8. Tambahan: pada bulan Juli tanggal 15, progres penelitian dipersiapkan dalam 1 lembar berbahasa Inggris sebagai bukti kinerja triwulan ke IDB.

Announcement for document submission deadline for scholarship candidates to be processed in Batch 1 NOL submission on 15 May 2017.


1. Prospective students are permanent faculty members (proven by NIDN) or contract faculty members (proven by NIDK).
2. The maximum age of scholarships for doctoral programs abroad is 45 years at the time of enrollment.
3. Letter of study recommendation from Dean of Faculty.
4. The field of proposed and targeted science should be relevant to the development of the four universities as centers of excellence for the nation’s competitiveness as evidenced in the research proposals.
5. The applicant must be admitted to the designated University as proved by the Unconditional Letter of Acceptance or other related documents such as the Record of Candidature (RoC) of the intended university
6. Reference/recommendation letter (minimum of two referrals) from a lecturer in the field of science
7. A valid TOEFL-IBT/TOEFL-PBT/IELTS certificate that meets the requirements set by the University for the purpose of the study assignment
8. A copy of the registration form to the completed and completed destination university (if any).
9. The prove of correspondence with the supervisor or professor
10. A statement of ability and/or integrity pact to return to their respective university after completion of study
11. A statement letter of ability for the CPNS to take care of civil servant status (if appointed) at own expense.
12. Follow-up plan to support the Center of Excellence for Tropical Studies
13. Priority will be given to the university of destination which has an MoU with a university of origin with a program of study that has been followed has been recognized by Kemenristekdikti (Listed in http://ijazahln.dikti.go.id).
